This happened to me twice. Here's what to do:

Step 1: Check the status
Go to withdrawal history. If it says "processing" or "pending" — wait. If it says "completed" but you don't see funds, check the blockchain with the TxID.

Step 2: Check if you missed a confirmation email
Some exchanges send a confirmation link. Check spam folder. I once waited 2 hours only to find the email sitting there...

Step 3: Contact support
If it's been over 2 hours, open a ticket. Include: TxID, amount, time, and screenshot. They usually resolve within a few hours.

⚠️ Don't: Panic and submit multiple tickets — that actually slows things down.
